PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Flags will be at half-staff across South Dakota Wednesday. The occasion is National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Day. The state has the lowest rate of overdose deaths in the nation, but Governor Noem says that isn’t good enough. She says south Dakota will do its part to stop those behind the drug assault on the nation – namely the drug cartels and the Chinese Communist party.
