PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota legislators will be asked to protect kids from harmful content on the internet. A Legislative summer committee is studying Artificial Intelligence and Internet Access. Appearing before the committee, Attorney General Marty Jackley wasted no time laying out his plans.
The committee is working to strike a balance between encouraging the development of Artificial Intelligence and reigning in harmful use of A-I. Committee members also heard from Senator Mike Rounds, who has taken on a leadership role in Washington on the topic of Artificial Intelligence.
