SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — It’s a new Ballot Issue campaign committee with a very short message: “Vote No in November.” Committee Spokesman Chris Larson says the group is focused on four ballot measures: Initiated Measure 29 to allow recreational use of marijuana; Referred Law 21, the so-called “Property Owners Bill of Rights” dealing with CO-2 pipelines; Amendment G to restore and enshrine abortion rights in the state Constitution; and Amendment H to replace party primaries with a “top two” primary election system.
Larson calls all four ballot measures extreme, that would change the nature of our state.
