SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The campaign to put South Dakota Abortion rights on the November ballot scored a legal victory today. The Life Defense Fund filed a suit to keep the measure off the ballot. A Circuit Court Judge ruled in favor of Dakotans for Health, the group behind Amendment G. So far, no word on whether an appeal is planned.
