NORTH SIOUX CITY, SD (KELO.com) — More than two dozen homes at McCook Lake have been red-tagged, and are being called a total loss from the recent flooding. Most of those homes are on Northshore Drive, and in most cases, the foundations collapsed because of the rushing flood waters. Those homes have been deemed to be too dangerous to enter. You can access the map on North Sioux City’s website: https://northsiouxcity-sd.gov/mccook-lake-homes-structural-report-update/ .
