WORTHING, S.D. (KELO.com) — A young man dressed only in his underwear is out in the middle of the street in Worthing, yelling at somebody in a car.
This is from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department.
Then he fights with the Deputies after they arrive.
Turns out he’s likely high on drugs, possibly LSD.
This happens near First Street and Main in Worthing.
Jailed is Alexander Black Wolf, 24, of Worthing, facing a long list of charges.
