SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Some hopeful signs on the construction front in Sioux Falls. Housing starts are nearly double what they were a year ago. Now, Building Permit Chief Butch Warrington says another large project was just permitted Monday morning.
The 32-million dollar project permitted this morning is for the Minnehaha County Juvenile Detention Center.
