CENTERVILLE, SD (KELO.com) — The town of Centerville is in shock, as former Mayor Jay Ostrem is charged with three counts of first degree murder. Three people were shot to death in Centerville last night. Their identities are being withheld pending notification of family members. Attorney General Marty Jackley says there’s no further threat to the public. Ostrem is being held in the Minnehaha County Jail on a one-million dollar bond.
