SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — One new water attraction that is open today as the new Splash Pad at the Great Plains Zoo. A ribbon cutting ceremony will mark the official opening of the new feature in just under a half-hour from now. The project was completed thanks to a donor who contributed 3-point-8-million dollars.
