SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — As a life-long resident of Sioux Falls, Police Chief Jon Thum has a heart for the city. Now, he also has the “Heart of the City” – an award he received at the Experience Sioux Falls event Tuesday night. Chief Thum is one of a half-dozen people recognized for their inspiration, spirit and excellent leadership.
