BROOKINGS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Brooking’s County Sheriff’s Department arrested Connor Hanson again.
Kelo.com news reported earlier this month the Brooking’s County States Attorney announced Hanson was being held for 48 hours after violating a condition of his probation.
Hanson was arrested again on September 17, by the Brooking’s County Sheriff Department after an arrest warrant was issued, for his alleged violation of felony probation.
He was convicted previously of Unauthorized Ingestion of a Controlled Substance, Meth, and had been placed on supervised probation.
No bond was ordered, Hanson will appear in court later today.
If Hanson is found guilty of violating his probation he could face up to 5 years in the South Dakota State Penitentiary.
