SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Another option for the Delbridge Museum of Natural History in Sioux Falls. A state Senate Committee endorsed a bill this morning, allowing the city to donate the taxidermy collection to an out-of-state non-profit if that becomes necessary. Sioux Falls Representative Greg Jamison acknowledges it’s special carve-out of state law for his hometown.
The city closed the museum display last year when arsenic was found in many of the specimens.
