FRANKFURT (Reuters) – Heidelberg Materials is not planning to split up the group and follow larger rival Holcim’s plans to separately list its U.S. business, its CEO told journalists on Thursday.
Such plans were “off the table” for Heidelberg Materials, Dominik von Achten said, adding they would take up too much management capacity and distract the group from realising its decarbonisation strategy.
