PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Governor Kristi Noem is addressing the Legislature this afternoon in her State of the State Address. One focus is to forbid American adversaries from purchasing farmland. The Governor says even though a similar measure failed in the legislature last year, she’s going to try again. She says it’s a matter of national security.
Her address marks the beginning of the 2024 Legislative Session.
