SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The city of Sioux Falls unveils a new program designed to close the gap on low income housing needs. The City Council budgeted four million dollars, which will be paired with nearly two-million dollars in federal money. Housing Development Manager Logan Penfield says the city is looking for partners to help meet the need.
Penfield says the city will need over 36-hundred studio and one-bedroom rental units over the next five years.
