SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — When it comes to transit in Sioux Falls, there’s an app for that. That’s one of the changes transit riders will see as a new company takes over transit management in the city. The new company is VIA. Chief Operating Officer Alex Lavoie says the app will help riders as they access the service.
