SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls police are asking for help in finding a missing teenager. 13-year old Carlos Castillo disappeared last Thursday. He’s five feet, seven inches tall, and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket and white Air Force Ones.
