SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — It’s too early to know if charges will be filed, but police have now identified the victim in yesterday’s bus/pedestrian accident in Sioux Falls. 50-year old Byron Cardona died when he was hit by a school bus at 12th and Garfield yesterday morning. The accident is still under investigation.
