SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — We know this is the season to be jolly…but it’s also a season to be wary. Jesse Schmidt of the Better Business Bureau says a common problem is scammers on social media posing as QVC, HSN, Amazon or another well-known online retailer. She says it pays to slow down and check a few things before pulling the trigger on any purchases.
Another good rule to follow, make your purchases with a credit card instead of a debit or gift card. Credit Card companies will help you get refunds.
