Cost of living in Sioux Falls among the least expensive urban areas in the U.S.

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Most everyone is feeling the effects of inflation, but a new study says Sioux Falls is one of the least expensive large urban areas to live in the country. The study takes into account the cost of housing, utilities, transportation, and groceries. Sioux Falls is the 112th most expensive city out of 137 according to the study by the Council for Community and Economic Research . The highest cost of living in the study is in Manhattan, New York, followed by Honolulu, Hawaii.
