VOLGA, SD (KELO.com) — It isn’t everyday that your town’s watertower graces the pages of a calendar. The tank for Volga’s water tower is one of 12 finalists for the 2023 Tank of the year competition sponsored by the Tnemec Company, which produces the coatings used to protect the tanks from the elements. Over 320 tanks were nominated, and over 46-thousand votes recorded in the competition.
