SIOUX FALLS, S. D. (KELO.com) — A federal grand jury has indicted a Sioux Falls man for two counts of Production of Child Pornography.
Marc Jones, age 29, was indicted in May of 2023.
He pled not guilty.
The Indictment alleges that on March 23, 2023, Jones knowingly coerced two minor females to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the
purpose of producing images knowing they would be transported in interstate or foreign commerce.
The maximum penalty upon conviction is up to 30 years in federal prison
