SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man has been indicted on federal child pornography charges.
29-year-old Marc Jones was indicted by a federal grand jury in May on two counts of Production of Child Pornography.
The indictment alleges that in March of this year, Jones coerced two minor females to engage in explicit conduct while being filmed, with the intention to distribute it to others.
If he’s found guilty, he faces up to 30 years in prison.
