SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — One person is dead and another was injured following a motorcycle crash in Brookings County.
Authorities say two motorcycles were traveling near White when the lead driver lost control while negotiating a curve.
The second driver rear ended the lead bike and both vehicles came to rest in a ditch.
The 32-year-old driver of the lead bike suffered minor injuries, while the 29-year-old driver of the second bike was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died.
Neither driver was wearing a helmet and alcohol use is under investigation.
