YANKTON, SD (KELO.com) — More friction between South Dakota landowners and two companies working to build carbon capture pipelines. Landowners are concerned about safety and property rights. Lawyer Brian Jordre represents some of the landowners, who say Summit is using aggressive tactics to get its way.
The South Dakota Supreme Court has a property rights case pending in the dispute, but it will take several months for a decision.
