SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Street construction update:
Sidewalk Closures – Eighth Street
Beginning on Monday morning, September 8, 2020, there will be sidewalk closures downtown on the south side of East Eighth Street between Dakota Avenue and Main Avenue.
Glass Doctors is installing new windows for US Bank.
This work is anticipated to be complete by the end of September.
Drivers and pedestrians are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
Intersection Closure – Caraway Drive
Beginning on Thursday, September 3, 2020, South Caraway Drive will be closed at 57th Street to allow crews to perform pavement repairs. Access to Caraway Drive south of 57th Street will be maintained via Ralph Rogers Road.
Weather permitting, Caraway Drive is anticipated to reopen in approximately one week.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
