PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — The South Dakota Board of Regents has two new members. Governor Kristi Noem appointed Jim Lochner, former Chief Operations Officer of Tyson Foods. Doug Morrison, former Director of the Federal Reserve Bank in Minneapolis, and a former Sioux Falls School Board member, was also appointed to the board.
