45 businesses pass, 1 fails during alcohol compliance check in Minnehaha County

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office recently conducted alcohol compliance checks across the county.

These checks included businesses with either liquor or malt beverage licenses.

Out of the 46 businesses visited by Deputies and their underage undercover, 45 of them passed.

Cubby’s in Dell Rapids was the only one to fail.

These checks are done periodically throughout the county in an effort to reduce the incidents of underage purchase of alcoholic beverages.
