Sioux Falls man arrested after shooting and killing dog while intoxicated

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) —

A Sioux Falls man was arrested over the weekend for shooting and killing a dog while intoxicated.

Police Officer Sam Clemens provided details during Monday’s police briefing.

21-year-old Luke Ouellette was jailed for Animal Cruelty, Reckless Discharge of a Firearm, and Possession of a Loaded Weapon while Intoxicated.
