SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — One person is in jail charged with aggravated assault and felony hit and run following an incident early Sunday morning in Sioux Falls. Police says officers were called to the area of 5300 West 44th Street around 4:30 Sunday morning for shots fired. Upon arrival, they found several people including a victim who had been struck by a vehicle. Morris Smith, JR was later located and arrested. The investigation continues. No victims were struck by gun fire.
