SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Beginning tomorrow, the City of Sioux Falls says traffic on Western Avenue at 41st Street in Sioux Falls will be switched onto the newly constructed concrete on the west side of the road.
That will allow crews to begin working on the next phase of construction.
Traffic on both 41st Street and Western Avenue will continue to be reduced to one lane in each direction during the remainder of construction.
The project is expected to be fully open to traffic by late fall of 2020.
Some minor work will continue into the spring of 2021.
