Travel impacts are expected as a result of this storm.
The National Weather Service adds that at times, snowfall rates of one inch per hour will fall, creating rapidly change road conditions and reduced visibilities.
If you plan on traveling, monitor road conditions before heading out the door, and make sure you have a winter safety kit inside your vehicle.
Some very timely advice for those with travel plans this weekend. Have your winter survival kit handy in your car! https://t.co/eZC7GlreSg
