SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A juvenile is in custody for a shooting that occurred last Thursday.
Early this morning, police arrested Tony Peter Edward, 16, in the 200 block of N. Grange Avenue.
Lt. Terrence Matia says he will be tried as an adult.
In the shooting on August 13th, authorities say Edward injured an innocent bystander while he was shooting at two people he knew in a vehicle.
The victim went to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
After a search warrant, police found one of the weapons stolen from Fleet Farm the night of the riot in late May.
