SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls police are looking for information on three people who broke windows. The department says the three broke a window at Blown Away Vape on Minnesota Avenue early Thursday morning. They then broke a window at Ernie November where they stole vaping-related items.
