SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Beginning on Thursday morning, June 2, 2022, no parking will be allowed on North Phillips Avenue between Eighth Street and Ninth Street. Driving lanes will be maintained.
Xcel Energy will be working in the area.
This work is anticipated to be complete by the end of the month.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
