SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls police say 18 year old Rahsaan McNeill from Sioux Falls and a minor fired a gun into an apartment yesterday afternoon.
The incident took place around 2:30 in the 600 block of North Lewis Ave, which is near Terry Redlin Elementary.
Police Spokesman Sam Clemens McNeill and the juvenile fired the handgun at the apartment and took off running, a lot of witnesses gave descriptions and told police which way the two ran and police caught up with them shortly after the incident.
A 33 year old woman was the victim and no injuries were reported.
Rahsaan McNeill was charged with aggravated assault and discharge at an occupied structure.
