SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Beginning on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, work will begin for the reconstruction of Cliff Avenue from East 49th Street to East 56th Street.
Cliff Avenue will be widened from one southbound lane and two northbound lanes, to two southbound lanes and two northbound lanes. Work will include water main, storm sewer, street lighting, grading, paving, and restoration.
Traffic will be reduced to one southbound lane and one northbound lane. Cliff Avenue will remain open to traffic until May 28, 2022.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
