SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Saturday afternoon fire has ruined the Easter weekend for one Sioux Falls family.
At approximately 1 pm, Sioux Falls Fire Rescue responded to a reported structure fire at 1609 N. Wayland Ave.
Crews quickly extinguished fire on the exterior then proceed to extinguish the remaining fire that had extended into the home.
It was also confirmed that all occupants of the home had escaped unharmed.
The main body of fire was extinguished within 10 minutes.
The cause is under investigation.
