SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Three Sioux Falls-area men are awaiting trial on federal charges of attempting to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity.
Gatlin Wayne Herrera, 29, from Brandon, and Jordan Matthew Hermanson, 31, and Elliott Anderson, 25, both from Sioux Falls, were indicted on the charge last week in federal court in Sioux Falls.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says the men used cell phones to attempt to entice undercover agents acting as underaged girls.
The men are free on bond pending their July 12th trial.
