Now that we are heading into August, let’s take a look back a bit.
July rainfall topped 6 inches in many areas, ranking among the Top 10 wettest on record.
For 3 of these 4 locations, this top ten wettest July has also kept 2019 year-to-date rainfall in the top ten.
Of note, Sioux Falls is currently seeing the 2nd wettest start to the year on record, less than 2 inches shy of 1993!
