It was tweeted by Dr. Marshall Shepherd in Georgia, but pretty much applies here in Sioux Falls and everywhere for that matter.
He noticed it on an elevator in his building at the University of Georgia.
He commented on the blue Active Shooter point.
Dr. Marshall wrote, “Kudos to officials for doing what you can, but sigh that you have to.”
