SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police are investigating a flashing incident.
Yesterday about 11 a.m., a 14-year-old girl was walking down the sidewalk around 15th and Cleveland.
A black man in his 20s dressed in black chatted her up.
Then he exposed himself.
The police have not made an arrest yet.
