WASHINGTON (KELO.com) — The new federal budget is supposed to start on October first.
It again looks like Congress will have to approve another short-term continuing resolution to keep the government open.
Congressman Dusty Johnson says its an embarrassing situation.
Johnson says continuing resolutions have become crutches.
He says it looks like this C.R. will extend to November 21.
Johnson says they don’t have all the numbers involved in the C.R. yet either.
