WASHINGTON (KELO.com) — Senator John Thune says he will vote against the nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson as a justice to the United States Supreme Court.
In a speech on the Senate floor Tuesday morning, Thune said he considered President Joe Biden’s nomination to be an “activist” pick.
He says judges and justices are not supposed to make public policy.
Thune cites that Biden was going to pick a justice who was not going to overrule Roe v. Wade.
