SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Citibank’s new $72 million, 4-story campus in Sioux Falls grand-opened on Thursday, reflecting a new culture of work.
For example, there are no closed-off offices in the complex. That’s supposed to foster better employee collaboration.
And to foster better employee health, there is a fitness center with all the latest equipment.
South Dakota’s entire congressional delegation was at the ribbon-cutting, as well as Lt. Governor Larry Rhoden and Mayor Paul TenHaken.
Citibank is one of Sioux Falls largest employers with about 1,300 hundred workers.
The 150,000 sqft complex is a major presence in the growing southwestern part of the city.
