SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Street construction update:
Kiwanis Avenue and 18th Street Lane Closures
Beginning on Friday, September 6, 2019, pavement repairs will begin on South Kiwanis Avenue and West 18th Street. The inside northbound lane on Kiwanis Avenue will be closed at 18th Street. The eastbound lane on 18th Street between Kiwanis Avenue and Williams Avenue will be closed. Traffic will be maintained on Kiwanis Avenue and 18th Street however, no left turns allowed from Kiwanis Avenue onto 18th Street.
All work is expected to be completed within one week with favorable weather conditions.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
