SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Fire Rescue says the Red Cross is opening a shelter for people displaced by the storm.
The shelter is located at the Armory on the Sioux Empire Fairgrounds (100 North Lyons Boulevard).
Doors will open at 3:45 a.m.
