SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The 211 Helpline Center needs your help to help others in Sioux Falls trying to clean up from Tuesday’s tornadoes and straight-line winds.
Here’s how you can help:
- The Helpline Center is in need of people with trucks, trailers and/or chainsaws to help haul away the big trees and pieces of debris still remaining around the city, but all volunteers are greatly needed.
- Their volunteer central location will be set up tomorrow, Sat. 9/15, from 8 a.m. to noon in the lobby of their building located across from the Canaries Stadium at 1000 North West Ave. (The outside of the building has “Non-Profit Center” on it).
- They will be providing lunch tomorrow for all the volunteers and staff.
