PIERRE, SD, (KELO.com)–Governor Kristi Noem has banned all recreational uses on The Big Sioux River, Skunk Creek, Split Rock Creek and their tributaries because of the flooding.
Kayaking, wading, swimming, and fishing are too dangerous for the rising waters.
Noem signed the order on Thursday.
