SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Sioux Falls Composite Squadron of the South Dakota Civil Air Patrol flew an aerial photography mission over parts of Minnehaha, McCook, and Hanson Counties of flooding on various waterways yesterday.
The CAP flew over the James and Big Sioux Rivers and Splitrock and Skunk Creeks.
The SFCS self-funded the mission.
